•    Leadership training, with special emphasis on young women
•    Community development
•    Skill-training and educational activities for all ages
•    Health and nutrition
•    Child-care and schooling
•    Women’s rights, including action to combat violence against women
•    Shelter/housing
•    Environmental issues and appropriate technology
•    Networking with other organizations and agencies with similar goals
